It's that time of year again in Texas when the beautiful bluebonnets bloom and take over the roadways!
Named for its vibrant blue and the petals resembling a women's sunbonnet, the bluebonnet is Texas's state flower!
There are also some horses that live around the corner from our house! My girls love driving by and seeing them in the pasture...so they were MORE than excited when I let them get out and give them some attention! This was our first time ever petting them. They were so sweet and gentle....almost craving the attention.
ha! I didn't "catch the moment" very well, but this horse leaned over and licked *kissed* my little ones head. She was beside herself!
Look at those dirty feet and bruises on my older daughter! She is my outside girl!

I think that is awesome that the hourse were so friendly.

Now, bless me, " says such a mind, "I have done my duty, " when , as a matter of fact, it has merely done its old, unbreakable trick once again. I don't like this.
