My little girl is about to turn 6. I'm the happiest mom in the world because she came up with the idea of having a Japanese/China Party...if you will. I have a fascination with Japan and want to travel there one day. I'm sure it will never happen...but one can dream! I think I looked up the airfare once and a round trip ticket was like $6000. Maybe if I start saving now!!! ha!
My little one loves to watch this
documentary. We have the "china one" and I just ordered the "Bali one". They are very entertaining...even for adults.
At first she wanted a party at the gymnastic place and then a light bulb must have gone off in that little head of hers. Of course, I totally encouraged it...AND have been having lots of fun pulling the theme together. I'll keep ya posted!
***WARNING***Unpainted baseboards and hairy feet.....eek!
On another note...Be careful with THEM scissors!!! I dropped the pointiest scissors I own on my foot...didn't puncture the skin at all but my foot did swell up pretty good. Two weeks later I can't lift my big toe. Strangest sensation when I walk barefoot. I had a little nerve test today done at a neurologist...I have to see if the nerve will regenerate and heal itself. If not..."nerve reconnect surgery". SERIOUSLY!!! But he is optimistic that it will heal on it's own. OK...so be careful with those sharp scissors!!! Just thought I'd share as...
WHO WOULDA' EVER THOUGHT!!! In the mean time...I'll just try not to trip over my toe!! ha!!
